Welcome to Shana Kay’s Elegant Events's terms of service! By using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

You must provide accurate information about your event requirements and guest list. Any changes must be communicated promptly.

We require a non-refundable deposit to secure your event date. Full payment is due 30 days before the event for all vendors.

Cancellations must be made at least 30 days before the event date. Cancellations after this period may incur additional charges.

We are not responsible for any damages or injuries that occur during your event. You must have proper insurance for any liability.

Clients must obtain any necessary permits or permissions for their event. We are not responsible for delays or issues due to missing permits.

We reserve the right to make adjustments to the event plan based on weather or other unforeseen circumstances.

Food and drink selections must be finalized two weeks before the event. Last-minute changes may not be accommodated.

We strive to deliver high-quality services. If you have any concerns, please inform us immediately so we can address them.
- You must choose from our premier vendor listing and products, you are benefiting from their industry knowledge which can result in better quality, and overall execution of the event, streamlining the planning process, handling all logistics, and ensuring that every aspect of the event runs smoothly.
- Friends/family members are kindly asked not to participate in setting up for the event, or picking up or dropping off items. We have a team of professionals who are trained and experienced in creating a seamless and well-executed event. By having our trained professionals handle this aspect this ensures your event runs timely, smoothly and elegant.
